A Fellow of the Association of Average Adjusters and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Keith has over 40 years of experience in marine and energy claims. From classrooms to claim boards, he has charted a remarkable course in his career — graduating from Cambridge, teaching foreign languages at Hampton School, earning certifications in marine insurance claims, and serving leadership roles in Steege Kingston, Marsh London, and the AAA.

Keith has steered the fast and fair resolution of major offshore and catastrophe losses, always advocating for transparency and balance in claims handling. Exceptionally fluent in Spanish and French, he’s able to connect global insurers and reinsurers with on-the-ground expertise throughout Latin America.

Where others see claims, Christian sees systems and opportunities to make them better. From launching Charles Taylor Consulting’s first office in Mexico to establishing Integritas Risk Services, he has shown that technical expertise and business innovation can go hand in hand.

Christian is well-known in the industry for resolving complex hull and machinery, protection and indemnity, ports and terminals, offshore energy losses, and other marine risk claims — not just efficiently, but strategically.

A veteran of the sea, Captain Victor brings a unique perspective into marine risk claims — one grounded on lived experience and sharpened by technical mastery. He received training from the Naval Institute of Quebec and the Naval Academy in Cuba, gained seafaring experiences as a Master Mariner for Transport Canada and Panama Endorsement, and built a career in marine adjusting and offshore claims.

Captain Victor is also a certified cargo surveyor and licensed all-lines adjuster who is highly capable of managing high-stakes marine claims investigations. He is an expert surveyor guided by a mariner’s core principle — no detail is too small when safety and accountability are on the line.
